Totodat\u0103, oficialii Euro NCAP au acordat rating \u0219i pentru Ford Capri (5 stele). La testul de impact frontal cu o barier\u0103 nedeformabil\u0103, modelul nu a luat niciun punct din cauza faptului c\u0103 pasagerul din spate poate suferi leziuni la nivelul capului (calificativ poor). Totodat\u0103, modelul a fost depunctat la categoria dedicat\u0103 sistemelor de siguran\u021b\u0103 din cauza sistemului de fr\u00e2nare automat\u0103 de urgen\u021b\u0103. Conform oficialilor Euro NCAP, acesta a primit calificativul &#8220;marginal&#8221; pentru reac\u021biile sistemului vizavi de alte vehicule \u0219i un calificativ mai slab \u00eentruc\u00e2t nu a
